Operation depends on water level, permits and operator approval; no ride runs solely because a booking request was submitted.

Is this an instant confirmed ticket?
No. This is an admin-managed request. Rayvia confirms the operator and operating date separately.
What does the displayed price include?
The selected option and duration only. The price table separates the base fare and Rayvia fee. Add-ons and extra waiting apply only when explicitly selected and confirmed.
Do all guests need to provide names?
The lead guest supplies contact details. Participant ages are required for suitability checks. Individual names are needed only for activities that issue named tickets, such as Gondola.

Important Information
The Rayvia fee is INR 50 per priced person, vehicle, boat or unit. Extra-hour extensions do not attract an additional service fee. Prices and operating conditions may change; review the confirmed total for your date.
Cancellation & Refunds
Availability is confirmed separately from payment. If Rayvia cannot arrange an unconfirmed activity, the amount collected for that unavailable activity, including the Rayvia service fee, is refundable. Once confirmed, cancellation terms and any operator deductions must be shared in writing before confirmation. Refund processing follows Rayvia’s published payment and refund policy.
