Payment Policy
How Rayvia accepts payments, confirms bookings, handles advances, balance payments, payment links and gateway issues.
Accepted payment methods
Rayvia may accept UPI, cards, net banking, payment gateway checkout, payment links, bank transfer or other approved methods. Available options can vary by booking type and operational requirement.
Advance, part payment and full payment
Bookings may support advance payment, part payment or full payment depending on service type. Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date shared in booking confirmation, voucher, reminder or support message.
When payment confirms booking
Payment alone does not guarantee inventory until Rayvia verifies availability and issues confirmation. If payment succeeds but inventory is unavailable, Rayvia may offer alternatives or process an eligible refund.
Payment gateway failure or duplicate debit
If money is debited but booking status does not update, contact Rayvia with payment ID, amount, phone/email and screenshot. Duplicate payments will be checked against gateway/bank records and adjusted or refunded after confirmation.
Payment safety
Never share OTP, card PIN, UPI PIN or full card details with anyone. Rayvia does not ask for sensitive authentication credentials. Pay only through official Rayvia links, checkout, QR/account details confirmed by the Rayvia team.
Receipts, invoices and vouchers
Receipts, payment status, balance, voucher and booking summary may be sent by email, WhatsApp or dashboard. Customers should review payment amount, balance and service details immediately after confirmation.
